About your session

During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you’ll typically lie down, and simply listen up, feel the “frequencies” in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan bowls, Koshi bells, gong, crystal pyramids, to reconnect to your body and emotions.

The power of sound healing is not just about hearing sounds; it’s about feeling it.
When we allow ourselves to truly listen, sound becomes a bridge between our minds and our emotions, helping us regulate our energies.

What is Sound healing?

Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact
how we feel. 

That’s why particular sounds and types of music often bring out specific types of emotions from us. Sound healing, which is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.

The benefits:

Sound healing balances and clears the mind, and leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. I am using, mostly Tibetan bowls and Koshi bells for the sessions.
